Delivery Timeframes

At Coco & Harley, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. As we work with trusted suppliers across Australia, delivery times can vary depending on your location and the items in your order.

Please note we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date, and the delivery timeframes below exclude weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Victoria: approximately 7–12 business days
  • NSW, SA, ACT & QLD: approximately 9–14 business days
  • WA, NT & TAS: approximately 9–14 business days

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels depending on supplier location and dispatch times.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details (where available) via email.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on most orders.

However, due to the size and weight of certain products (such as litter boxes and other bulky items), additional shipping fees may apply. If this is the case, it will be noted in the product description, and we ask that you email us for a personalised shipping quote.

Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times above, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • courier network congestion
  • weather events
  • public holidays
  • regional delivery schedules
  • supplier dispatch delays

If your order seems delayed, please reach out and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to the sender or lost in transit, a re-shipping fee may apply.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the product and packaging

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
