Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Coco & Harley (“Coco & Harley”, “we”, “us” or “the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The Coco & Harley $250 Gift Voucher Giveaway (“Promotion”) opens at 12:00am AEDT on Thursday 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Sunday 25 October 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter, and any person directly involved in the administration or determination of the Promotion, are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

To enter, eligible entrants must:

1. Visit the Coco & Harley giveaway entry page during the Promotion Period;
2. Provide a valid email address and any other required information on the entry form;
3. Agree to join the Coco & Harley Community and receive marketing communications from Coco & Harley; and
4. Submit the completed entry form during the Promotion Period.

Only one entry per person/email address will be accepted.

Incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be deemed ineligible.

5. Coco & Harley Community & Marketing Consent

By entering this Promotion and providing your email address, you agree to join the Coco & Harley Community and receive marketing communications from Coco & Harley.

Coco & Harley Community emails may include special offers and promotions, sales and subscriber-only offers, early access to promotions including Black Friday, new products and product recommendations, competitions and giveaways, Coco & Harley news and updates, and cat care, apartment-living inspiration and other relevant content.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in Coco & Harley marketing emails.

Unsubscribing from future marketing communications after entering the Promotion will not invalidate an otherwise valid competition entry.

Information provided by entrants will also be used to administer the Promotion, verify entries, contact the winner and award the prize.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Coco & Harley's Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy and electronic marketing laws.

6. Prize

There is one (1) prize to be won.

The winner will receive a $250 AUD Coco & Harley Gift Voucher. The total prize value is $250 AUD.

The store credit can be applied towards eligible products available through the Coco & Harley online store and any applicable shipping charges associated with the winner's order.

The prize is not transferable to another person, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, cannot be used to purchase another gift card or store credit, and is subject to product availability at the time of redemption.

If the total cost of the winner's selected products plus any applicable shipping charges exceeds $250, the winner will be responsible for paying the difference.

If the total order value, including any applicable shipping charges, is less than $250, any remaining store credit will remain available for subsequent eligible purchases during the validity period.

The $250 store credit will be valid for three (3) years from the date it is issued.

Any unused balance remaining after the applicable expiry date will be dealt with in accordance with applicable Australian law.

7. Shipping

Shipping is not included in addition to the $250 prize value.

Standard shipping charges may apply depending on the products selected, the delivery location and the applicable supplier or delivery service. The winner may use their $250 Coco & Harley store credit towards applicable shipping charges.

If the combined cost of the products selected and applicable shipping charges exceeds the available store credit balance, the winner will be responsible for paying the difference.

Certain products may be subject to supplier delivery restrictions, non-deliverable postcodes or other geographical restrictions. If a selected product cannot be delivered to the winner's address, the winner may select another eligible product available through Coco & Harley.

8. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place on Tuesday 27 October 2026 using an electronic random selection tool/random picker.

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected. Entrants do not need to be present at the draw.

The person initially selected will be treated as the provisional winner until their eligibility has been verified.

9. Winner Notification

The provisional winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering the Promotion.

Coco & Harley will make reasonable efforts to contact the provisional winner. The provisional winner may be required to confirm their identity, that they are an Australian resident, that they are aged 18 years or over, and that they otherwise satisfy these Terms & Conditions.

The winner will have 14 days from the date of notification to respond and claim the prize.

Entrants are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking their inbox, including spam or junk folders.

10. Winner Announcement

The winner will be publicly announced after their eligibility has been verified and the prize has been accepted.

The result will be published through an appropriate Coco & Harley online channel, such as the Coco & Harley website and/or Coco & Harley social media channels.

Where required by applicable trade promotion laws, the result will remain published for the required period. Only information reasonably necessary to identify or announce the winner will be published.

11. Unclaimed Prize and Replacement Winner

If the provisional winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, cannot be contacted despite reasonable efforts by Coco & Harley, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the prize may be treated as unclaimed, subject to applicable law.

Where permitted by applicable law, Coco & Harley may conduct a further random draw from the remaining eligible entries to select a replacement provisional winner.

Any replacement winner will be subject to the same eligibility, verification and notification requirements. Coco & Harley will comply with any additional or longer unclaimed-prize requirements imposed by applicable state or territory laws.

12. Verification and Invalid Entries

Coco & Harley reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants.

An entry may be deemed invalid if an entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements, provides false, incomplete or misleading information, submits multiple entries contrary to these Terms & Conditions, uses automated or fraudulent entry methods, tampers or interferes with the entry process, or otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.

13. Product Availability

All Coco & Harley products are subject to availability.

Winning the Promotion does not guarantee the availability of any particular product, colour, size, style or variation displayed on the Coco & Harley website.

If a product selected by the winner is unavailable or cannot be delivered to their location, the winner may select another eligible product.

14. Changes or Cancellation

If the Promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances beyond Coco & Harley's reasonable control, Coco & Harley may modify, suspend, postpone, terminate or otherwise alter the Promotion where permitted by law.

Any material changes will be communicated where required.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

15. Instagram, Facebook and Meta Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

By entering, entrants acknowledge that Instagram, Facebook and Meta have no responsibility or liability in connection with the Promotion. Entrants provide their information to Coco & Harley and not to Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an entry, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Entrants specifically acknowledge that entering the Promotion includes joining the Coco & Harley Community and consenting to receive marketing communications from Coco & Harley, which they may unsubscribe from at any time.
